Judge: Claims Alleging Environmental Release Of Asbestos May Proceed

Mealey's (May 27, 2016, 1:46 PM EDT) -- BRIDGEPORT, Conn. — Allegations that two premises defendants permitted the release of asbestos from their properties despite knowing about the dangers sufficiently imply a duty and save a widow’s action, a Connecticut judge held May 2 (Martha Kristiansen, et al. v. Reynolds Aluminum Development Co., et al., No. CV156052732S, Conn. Super., Fairfield at Bridgeport; 2016 Conn. Super. LEXIS 945; 2016 Conn. Super. LEXIS 943).
