Couple’s Asbestos-Related Mesothelioma Lawsuit Nets $5 Million From Oregon Jury

(May 26, 2016, 12:42 PM EDT) -- PORTLAND, Ore. — An Oregon jury on May 12 awarded a man and his wife $5 million arising from his exposure to asbestos and resulting mesothelioma, sources told Mealey Publications (Charles Eastridge, et al. v. Cleaver-Brooks, Inc., et al., No. 15CV18697, Ore. Cir., Multnomah Co.).
