Louisiana Appellate Court Reverses Jury Verdict In Multivehicle Crash Trial

(May 24, 2016, 1:29 PM EDT) -- NEW ORLEANS — A Louisiana appellate panel on May 18 said a trial court erred by giving a jury vague instructions on vicarious liability in a trial stemming from a multivehicle accident and remanded with instructions to enter judgment against a flower company with which the truck driver at fault for the accident was contracted (Lewis Knoten v.
