(May 24, 2016, 1:19 PM EDT) -- WASHINGTON, D.C. — A federal judge on May 5 granted Oracle Inc.’s motion to stay a suit seeking to have the government intervene in its spat with Oregon over the creation of the state’s Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act (ACA) health insurance exchange while a state court decides a motion to compel production of unredacted copies of evidence in a separate suit (Oracle America Inc. v. Sylvia Mathews Burwell, No. 16-451, D. D.C.)....
