Insurer, Auto Center Debate Negligence, Duty In House Fire Coverage Suit

(May 24, 2016, 11:25 AM EDT) -- ATLANTA — In a complaint and answer filed in a Georgia federal court, an insurance company and an auto repair center dispute whether purported negligence in an auto repair job led to a house fire and a resulting insurance claim exceeding $500,000 (Chubb National Insurance Co. v. Doyle/Herndon & Associates Inc., No. 1:16-cv-01072, N.D. Ga.).
