(May 23, 2016, 3:54 PM EDT) -- SAN FRANCISCO — The Ninth Circuit U.S. Court of Appeals on May 18 affirmed a district court's decision granting summary judgment in favor of a lender and trust company on a borrower's Nevada law claims, finding that the appeal was time-barred (Robert W. Moore v. Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems Inc., et al., No. 13-17109, 9th Cir.; 2016 U.S. App. LEXIS 9079).
