LOUIS — The “Auto Medical Payments” coverage confirmed coverage in an insured auto rental company’s policy for a driver who was involved in an accident while driving the rental, the driver argues in an April 26 reply brief to the Eighth Circuit U.S. Court of Appeals, further saying that the lower court incorrectly interpreted the “temporary substitute vehicle” provision (Lori Peterson v.
