Mealey's (June 18, 2015, 3:16 PM EDT) -- HARRISBURG, Pa. — An oil and gas exploration trade group on Oct. 28, 2014, filed an amicus curiae brief in the Pennsylvania Supreme Court, contending that a couple’s hydraulic-fracturing lease dispute should not be heard by the high court on grounds that the couple is simply “dissatisfied with the deal they made in the early stages of Pennsylvania’s shale gas development” (Leo E. Shedden, et al. v. Anadarko E&P Company, No. 103 MAP 2014, Pa. Sup.).
