California Bill Seeks To Include Immigrants In ACA Exchange

Mealey's (May 19, 2016, 12:12 PM EDT) -- SACRAMENTO, Calif. — Legislation passed by a California committee on May 18 seeks permission from federal agents to allow immigrants, including those living illegally in the United States, access to the state’s Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act (ACA) health insurance exchange.
