Mealey's (May 19, 2016, 11:13 AM EDT) -- SEATTLE — Evidence that asbestos fibers used in one area could travel throughout a shipyard combined with evidence of a delivery man’s frequent visits sufficiently establish exposure, a Ninth Circuit U.S. Court of Appeals panel held May 16 (Roger Botts and Carol Botts v.
