6 Proposed Class Suits Claim NCAA Ignored Dangers of Concussions

(May 18, 2016, 2:46 PM EDT) -- INDIANAPOLIS — An Auburn University football player on May 17 filed one of six separate class complaints in federal courts across the country alleging that the National Collegiate Athletic Association failed to warn him about dangers of concussions (Joseph Miller v. Southeastern Conference, et al., No. 1:15-CV-1222, S.D. Ind.).
