(May 17, 2016, 11:51 AM EDT) -- CINCINNATI — The Sixth Circuit U.S. Court of Appeals on May 12 affirmed a district court's decision to grant summary judgment for a mortgage company, finding no genuine issue of material fact as to whether the conditions of a loan refinance were met (Michael G. May v. CitiMortgage Inc., No. 15-1061, 6th Cir.; 2016 U.S. App. LEXIS 8880).
