11th Circuit Affirms Dismissal Of TILA Claim As Time-Barred

(May 17, 2016, 8:58 AM EDT) -- ATLANTA — The Ninth Circuit U.S. Court of Appeals on May 13 affirmed a district court's decision to dismiss a claim for violation of the Truth in Lending Act (TILA) against several mortgage companies, finding that the claim was time-barred (Jonathan E. Robinson, et al. v. WMC Mortgage Corp., et al., No. 14-15922, 9th Cir.).
