Mealey's (May 16, 2016, 2:57 PM EDT) -- WASHINGTON, D.C. — An advocacy group cannot tie any health insurance premium increase to a policy delaying the Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act (ACA) individual mandate, a District of Columbia Circuit U.S. Court of Appeals panel held May 13 (American Freedom Law Center, et al. v.
