(May 16, 2016, 2:12 PM EDT) -- BALTIMORE — A Maryland federal judge on May 12 granted a motion for partial summary judgment filed by insurers who have not settled any claims with the insured in an asbestos coverage dispute and entered declarations regarding the proper allocation period and the insured’s portion of the defense and indemnity obligations (General Insurance Company of America v.
