Jury Finds Monsanto Not Liable For Injuries From Exposure To PCBs

(May 16, 2016, 9:13 AM EDT) -- LOS ANGELES — A jury in California on May 5 handed down a verdict in favor of Monsanto Co. and other defendants in a lawsuit brought by three plaintiffs who had alleged that the defendants were liable for personal injuries they suffered from exposure to polychlorinated biphenyls (PCBs) Paul Brownlee, et al. v.
