Mealey's (June 18, 2015, 2:47 PM EDT) -- SCRANTON, Pa. — An attorney who was sanctioned by a federal judge for her role in authoring legal documents in a hydraulic fracturing damages lawsuit after she was no longer representing the plaintiffs on Aug. 1, 2014, filed a notice of appeal in the U.S. District Court for the Middle District of Pennsylvania, saying she was appealing the ruling to the Third Circuit U.S. Court of Appeals (Nolan Scott Ely, et al. v.
