(May 13, 2016, 11:42 AM EDT) -- TROY, Mich. — A trial court did not err in admitting gunshot residue evidence because the evidence, both of the gunshot residue particles and of the one-component and two-component particles, was reliable, a Michigan appeals panel held May 10 (People of the State of Michigan v. Andy James Brown, No. 323887, Mich. App.; 2016 Mich. App. LEXIS 926).
