Mealey's (May 12, 2016, 2:07 PM EDT) -- WASHINGTON, D.C. — The U.S. Department of Health and Human Services may not use monies specifically funding Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act (ACA) tax credits to pay for an insurer reimbursement program that Congress refused to fund, a federal judge in the District of Columbia held May 12 (United States House of Representatives v. Sylvia Mathews Burwell, et al., No. 14-1967, D. D.C.).
