IHOP Sues Franchisee In Illinois Federal Court, Alleging Breach Of Contract

(May 11, 2016, 8:26 PM EDT) -- CHICAGO — IHOP Restaurants LLC on May 5 sued a franchisee in Illinois federal court, seeking damages caused by the franchisee’s alleged breach of contract (IHOP Restaurants LLC v. Azhar H. Chaudhry, et al., No. 1:16-cv-04981, N.D. Ill.).
