Homeowners Allege Breach, Bad Faith In Insurer’s Low-Ball Storm Damage Valuation

(May 11, 2016, 10:43 AM EDT) -- DENVER — A couple claims that their homeowners insurance provider presented a “low-ball” valuation of storm damage to their home, alleging breach of contract bad faith in an amended complaint filed April 28 in Colorado federal court (Geary Diltz, et al. v. Milbank Insurance Co., No. 1:16-cv-00762, D. Colo.).
