6th Circuit Seeks Schedule For Merits Briefing In Clean Water Rule Case

(May 10, 2016, 2:43 PM EDT) -- CINCINNATI — The Sixth Circuit U.S. Court of Appeals on May 9 consolidated 22 appeals challenging the Clean Water Rule, ordered the designation of liaison counsel and ordered the parties to jointly propose a nonduplicative briefing plan (Murray Energy Corporation, et al. v. United States Environmental Protection Agency, No. 15-3751, 6th Cir.).
