Federal Judge Denies Summary Judgment For Target In Premises Liability Suit
(May 10, 2016, 11:48 AM EDT) -- DETROIT — A federal judge in Michigan on May 2 denied a retailer’s motion for summary judgment in a slip-and-fall suit because the woman who fell created a question of fact as to whether something made her slip and fall in the store (Jennifer Kahn v. Target Corporation, No. 14-13333, E.D. Mich.; 2016 U.S. Dist. LEXIS 57856).
