Judge Refuses To Dismiss Claims Over Concealment Of Pool Vacuum Head

Mealey's (May 10, 2016, 9:55 AM EDT) -- NASHVILLE, Tenn. — A federal judge in Tennessee on May 6 ruled that a man’s claims that a contractor concealed the fact that a vacuum head designed to clean an in-ground pool was accidentally covered by a gunite pour during installation were not untimely, but that the plaintiffs’ claims over the alleged failure to properly seal a waterfall cave were time-barred (Donald W. Fisher v. Christopher Gates, et al., No. 15-cv-00127, M.D. Tenn.; 2016 U.S. Dist. LEXIS 60708).
