3rd Circuit Vacates $178,000 Sanction In Lawn Doctor Case

(May 9, 2016, 9:07 AM EDT) -- PHILADELPHIA — A federal appeals panel on April 13 vacated a New Jersey federal judge’s ruling imposing a more than $178,000 sanction against former lawn care franchisees for civil contempt (Lawn Doctor Inc. v. Joseph Rizzo, et al., No. 14-1759, 3rd Cir.; 2016 U.S. App. LEXIS 6673).
