Anti-Fracking Measure In Monterey, Calif., Closer To Inclusion On November’s Ballot

(May 9, 2016, 8:24 AM EDT) -- MONTEREY, Calif. — Residents in Monterey, Calif., opposed to hydraulic fracturing on May 4 submitted petitions to the county’s elections office with more than twice the number of signatures needed to get an anti-fracking initiative on the November ballot, sources said.
