Kentucky Federal Judge Dismisses All Claims Against Cycling Franchisor

Mealey's (May 6, 2016, 2:08 PM EDT) -- LEXINGTON, Ky. — A Kentucky federal judge on May 5 dismissed all claims against an indoor cycling franchisor in a contract dispute lawsuit seeking more than $2.5 million in damages (859 Boutique Fitness LLC v. CycleBar Franchising LLC, No. 5:16-cv-018, E.D. Ky., Central Div.; 2016 U.S. Dist. LEXIS 59744).
