(May 6, 2016, 11:14 AM EDT) -- HATTIESBURG, Miss. — Partial summary judgment in an insurance breach of contract and bad faith lawsuit is proper because an insured failed to show that its insurer acted in bad faith in denying its claim for damages under a commercial property insurance policy, a federal judge in Mississippi ruled April 29 (JCKP LLC v. Berkley Regional Specialty Insurance Co, et al., No. 14-0117, S.D. Miss.; 2016 U.S. Dist. LEXIS 57402).
