Arctic Ocean Should Be Taken Off List For Offshore Drilling, Legislators Say

(May 5, 2016, 2:36 PM EDT) -- WASHINGTON, D.C. — Sixty-six members of Congress sent a letter to Secretary of the U.S. Department of the Interior (DOI) Sally Jewell on May 2, urging her to permanently remove the Arctic Ocean from the list of sites being considered for offshore oil and gas drilling.
