Flint Water Employee Reaches Deal, Agrees To Cooperate With Lead Investigation

(May 5, 2016, 1:56 PM EDT) -- DETROIT — An employee of the City of Flint, Mich., who is one of three men indicted in connection with the Flint lead-contaminated water crisis, has reached a plea deal with the special prosecutor, the Michigan attorney general announced May 3.


Michael Glasgow entered a no-contest plea to one misdemeanor charge of neglect of duty, according to a press release issued by the attorney general. The plea will be held in abeyance for one year, and it depends on Glasgow’s continued cooperation as a witness...
