(May 4, 2016, 3:00 PM EDT) -- MINNEAPOLIS — A Minnesota federal judge on April 20 denied a motion to alter or amend judgment and for other relief in a data breach lawsuit brought by grocery store customers after it was revealed in summer 2014 that hackers had stolen their data (IN RE: SuperValu, Inc., Customer Data Security Breach Litigation, No. 14-2586, D. Minn.; 2016 U.S. Dist. LEXIS 53026).
