Class Suit Accusing Gerber Of False Labeling On Toddler Snacks Is Dismissed
(May 4, 2016, 2:58 PM EDT) -- PORTLAND, Ore. — An Oregon federal judge on April 18 dismissed a class complaint accusing Gerber Products Co. of falsely labeling a line of its toddler snacks with pictures of fruits and vegetables even though the snacks did not contain any (Nancy Henry v. Gerber Products Company, No. 15-2201, D. Ore.; 2016 U.S. Dist. LEXIS 52638).
