WWE Seeks Dismissal Of Appeals In 2nd Circuit

(May 4, 2016, 12:42 PM EDT) -- NEW YORK — World Wide Wrestling Entertainment Inc. (WWE) on April 27 said the Second Circuit U.S. Court of Appeals should dismiss several former wrestlers’ appeals of the dismissal of their complaints because the appellate court does not have jurisdiction to hear the appeals (Russ McCullough, et al. v. World Wrestling Entertainment Inc., No. 16-1231, 2nd Cir.).
