No Religious Persecution At Solar Power Plant Site, Government Tells High Court

Mealey's (May 4, 2016, 11:12 AM EDT) -- WASHINGTON, D.C. — The U.S. Supreme Court should deny certiorari sought by challengers to a solar power plant in the Mojave Desert who claim that the project is located on Native American sacred ground and, as such, violates the Religious Freedom Restoration Act (RFRA), the federal government says in an April 29 response brief (La Cuna De Aztlan Sacred Sites Protection Circle Advisory Committee v.
