(May 4, 2016, 11:07 AM EDT) -- NEW YORK — Plaintiffs in the first two Mirena intrauterine device (IUD) multidistrict litigation bellwether cases on April 20 voluntarily dismissed their cases (In Re: Mirena IUD Products Liability Litigation, MDL Docket No. 2434, No. 13-mc-2434, Jennifer Danley v. Bayer Healthcare Pharmaceuticals, Inc., No. 13-6586, and Christie Hayes v. Bayer, No. 14-288, S.D. N.Y.).
