Public Citizen Sues FDA For Redacting CVs Of Agency Advisory Committee Members

(May 4, 2016, 8:39 AM EDT) -- WASHINGTON, D.C. — Public Citizen Foundation Inc. on April 27 sued the Food and Drug Administration, seeking a court ruling barring the agency redaction of certain curricula vitae (CV) information for FDA advisory committee members (Public Citizen Foundation, Inc. v.
