Maibec Says Plaintiffs’ Expert Lacks Experience, Has Unreliable Opinions
(May 4, 2016, 8:23 AM EDT) -- TRENTON, N.J. — Maibec Inc. says in an April 27 motion filed in New Jersey federal court that the opinions of an expert for plaintiffs who claim that white-cedar roofing shingles made by the company are defective should be excluded because he has no experience in the wood-manufacturing field and that his opinions are unreliable (Ilene Stern, et al. v. Maibec Inc., No. 11-3951, D. N.J.).
