Mealey's (May 3, 2016, 2:04 PM EDT) -- NEW HAVEN, Conn. — A reinsurer told a federal court in Connecticut on April 28 that Connecticut’s prepleading security statute was not intended to protect corporations not associated with the state (Select Insurance Company v.
