Mealey's (May 3, 2016, 12:56 PM EDT) -- TRENTON, N.J. — Medical information submitted in support of workers’ compensation claims continues to enjoy privacy protections and may not be used in unrelated litigation, a New Jersey appeals court held April 20 in ordering a more stringent protective order (Gwendolyn Seymoure, et al. v. A.O. Smith Water Products Co., et al. and Union Carbide Corp., No. A-3967-14T3, N.J. Super., App. Div.).
