(May 2, 2016, 12:09 PM EDT) -- WEST PALM BEACH, Fla. — Wells Fargo Bank N.A. sufficiently established that Federal National Mortgage Association (Fannie Mae) owned an electronic note (e-note) and authorized the bank to pursue the foreclosure, a Florida appeals panel affirmed April 20 (Carlos M. Rivera and Yanira J. Pena Santiago v. Wells Fargo Bank, N.A., et al., No. 4D14-2273, Fla. App., 4th Dist.; 2016 Fla. App. LEXIS 5999).
