(May 2, 2016, 12:05 PM EDT) -- AKRON, Ohio — Wells Fargo Bank N.A. did not make reasonable efforts to arrange a face-to-face interview with homeowners before initiating foreclosure proceedings, an Ohio appeals panel ruled April 18 (Wells Fargo Bank, N.A. v. Brian Horn, et al., No. 12CA010230, Ohio App., 9th Dist.; 2016 Ohio App. LEXIS 1471).
