LOUIS — The Eighth Circuit U.S. Court of Appeals, sitting en banc, on April 12 denied rehearing to a couple that filed a personal injury lawsuit seeking damages for exposure to diacetyl from microwave popcorn (David Stults, et al. v. International Flavors, Etc., et al., No. 14-3658, 8th Cir.).
