Oracle Seeks Stay Of ACA Suit While Court Considers Confidential Document Status
Mealey's (April 29, 2016, 2:57 PM EDT) -- WASHINGTON, D.C. — Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act (ACA) exchange contractor Oracle America Inc. on April 29 asked a federal judge to stay its action seeking the government’s intervention in a spat between it and the State of Oregon while a state court decides a motion to compel production of unredacted copies of evidence in a separate suit (Oracle America Inc. v. Sylvia Mathews Burwell, No. 16-451, D. D.C.).
