Pennsylvania Jury Awards $6.4M For Carpenter’s Asbestos-Related Lung Cancers

(April 29, 2016, 1:21 PM EDT) -- PHILADELPHIA — A Pennsylvania jury on April 13 awarded a couple $6.4 million on their claim that exposure to asbestos in gaskets, insulation and related products caused him to develop lung cancer in both lungs (William Roverano, et al. v. Honeywell International Inc., et al., No. 140301123, Pa. Comm. Pls., Philadelphia Co.).
