Ohio Federal Judge Dismisses Clean Water Rule Suit After 6th Circuit Ruling

(April 29, 2016, 12:01 PM EDT) -- CINCINNATI — An Ohio federal judge on April 25 dismissed a Clean Water Rule lawsuit by three states because a federal circuit court has retained exclusive subject matter jurisdiction (The State of Ohio, et al. v. United States Environmental Protection Agency, et al., No. 15-2467, S.D. Ohio, Eastern Div.).
