Mealey's (April 29, 2016, 7:19 AM EDT) -- ALEXANDRIA, Va. — Asserting obviousness under pre-America Invents Act 35 U.S. Code Sections 103 and 112, Apple Inc. on April 4 petitioned the Patent Trial and Appeal Board (PTAB) for covered business method (CBM) review of a patent that facilitates the computerization of hospitality-related activities, such as the ordering of food (Apple Inc. v.
