Class Complaint Against Resort Over Data Breach Is Dismissed With Prejudice
(April 27, 2016, 1:42 PM EDT) -- NEW ALBANY, Ind. — An Indiana federal judge on April 14 dismissed with prejudice a class complaint filed by two visitors to an Indiana resort where their identity and credit card information was stolen by hackers, finding that the plaintiffs failed to prove any injury or claim upon which relief could be granted (Annie Alonso, et al. v. Blue Sky Resorts, LLC, et al., No. 15-16, S.D. Ind.; 2016 U.S. Dist. LEXIS 50607).
