Mealey's (April 27, 2016, 12:50 PM EDT) -- BOSTON — The United States on April 27 formally completed a $784.6 million settlement with Pfizer Inc. and subsidiary Wyeth to resolve a False Claims Act lawsuit claiming that from 2001 to 2006 Wyeth failed to pay the government millions of dollars in rebates that it was due from discounted sales of the heartburn drugs Protonix Oral and Protonix IV (United States of America, ex rel.
