(April 26, 2016, 2:46 PM EDT) -- MADISON, Wis. — The Wisconsin Supreme Court heard oral arguments on April 5 in a case dealing with the constitutionality of a state statute that affects the applicability of the risk-contribution theory of law as it applies to a lawsuit alleging that a woman was poisoned as a result of exposure to lead-based paint containing white lead carbonate (Yasmine Clark, by her guardian ad litem Susan M.
