Mealey's (June 18, 2015, 11:50 AM EDT) -- PITTSBURGH, Pa. — A water treatment services company being sued by a hydraulic fracturing company for $7 million for allegedly failing to perform its obligations under the parties’ Master Service Agreement (MSA) on June 1 filed a brief in Pennsylvania federal court opposing a motion to compel filed by the fracking company that seeks information relating to all other projects on which the water services company used the same wastewater treatment process as provided to the fracking company at the sites in question (EQT Production Company v. Terra Services LLC, No. 14-01053, W.D. Pa.)....
